Project Description

Vistancia Development LLC is processing a major amendment to the zoning entitlement or PCD, which seeks to further expand and diversify the housing stock and lifestyle opportunities within the Commercial Core –a 320-acre+ area located south of Lone Mountain Parkway and east of El Mirage Road. (APN’s 510-08-937 and 510-10-266; the “Property”). The rezoning case number is Z-01-10A.16 and is a request for the addition of 1,500 residential units, as well as refinement to the development standards and plan for the Commercial Core within the PCD. The existing use of the Property is presently vacant desert behind existing and planned commercial. The Property is currently zoned Mixed-Use.
